AgriCheck is made by FieldCraft Technologies UK Ltd, Spalding, Lincolnshire. If you want anything on this page explained, changed, or acted on, email info@fieldcraft-tech.co.uk and a real person will answer.

You can read the front page, this page and the help guide without signing in and without telling us who you are.

We count visits using Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and records nothing that identifies you — just that a page was opened.

If you say yes to the banner, we also use Microsoft Clarity, which shows us where people click and scroll and lets us replay how a page was used, so we can see what is confusing and fix it. It runs on the public pages only. It never runs on any page inside an AgriCheck account, and never for anyone who is signed in. Say no, or ignore the banner, and it does not load at all. Microsoft processes that information for us; they do not get anything from inside the app.

When your business uses AgriCheck we hold what the app is for: the names and email addresses of the people invited to it, the machines and vehicles on the account, and every check, defect, photograph, mileage reading and sign-off recorded against them.

That record belongs to the business whose account it is. They decide who is invited, who can see what, and how long it is kept. We hold and look after it on their behalf, and we only go into an account ourselves to fix a fault or to answer something they have asked us about.

We keep it for as long as the account is open, because that is what makes it an audit trail worth having. Close the account and ask us to remove it, and we will.

We do not sell any of it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Signing in sets one cookie, which is what keeps you signed in as you move between pages. The app does not work without it, so there is nothing to consent to and no way to turn it off other than not signing in.

Your answer to the analytics banner is stored in your own browser, not in a cookie. If you said yes, Microsoft Clarity sets cookies of its own while you are on the public pages. Clearing your browser's data for this site clears both, and you will be asked again.

We use a small number of suppliers, each for one job:

• Supabase — the database and the photographs. Stored in London.
• Vercel — hosting, and the anonymous visit counting described above.
• Resend — sending invites, alerts and reminders by email.
• Stripe — card payments, if you pay that way. We never see or hold your card details.
• Microsoft — Clarity, on the public pages, only if you agreed to it.
• Google — only if you choose to sign in with a Google account, in which case Google tells us your name and email address.

Some of them are based outside the UK. Where that means your information travels, it is covered by the standard safeguards the law requires for doing so.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If the information is part of a business's own check records, we will point you at whoever runs that account, because it is their record to decide on — but we will help either way.
